I am committed to helping people heal. My passion is helping people find deep joy in themselves, and in their relationships. I treat a variety of issues: depression and anxiety, trauma, stress management, relationship conflict (couple and family), and grief and loss.
I am a Marriage and Family therapist who uses relational and systemic therapy as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I focus on attachment, trauma, and emotion; as well as incorporating mindfulness skills and somatic practices to help integrate the mind, body, soul and spirit.
I provide a safe, empathetic space for individuals, couples, and families to explore emotions, navigate life's changes and challenges, and heal from pain, trauma and loss. In our work together I will help you get to know yourself on a deeper level, connect more deeply with those you love, and live more fully and deeply in your "right now" life.
