Therapy with me involves exploring the client’s present experience. I am influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), both evidence-based and effective in facilitating change. Further, I’m trained in the Oaklander Play model, through which I’ve gained extensive knowledge, enabling me to engage skillfully with children.
