I work with patients (individuals, romantic relationships of all kinds, families, and groups) who struggle with crisis and long-standing emotional distress. Specifically, I address trauma, dissociative disorders, depression, anxiety, psychosis, and other types of suffering from a primarily systemic, relational, self-psychological psychoanalytic lens.
Clients who benefit most from their work with me are motivated to come to understand the conscious and unconscious dynamics that keep them from living and relating in the way they most long to. I see clients at least once per week.
To address long-standing suffering I have trained in multiple forms of treatment and am engaged in ongoing consultation to ensure you receive the best care possible. I treat many things so here are some examples. I treat relational problems, I use EFT, individual healing, IFT, DBT,CBT-A, psychoanalysis, CPTSD/Dissociative Disorders, and I use EMDR, etc.

That's why the overarching theory about how people find hope is relational psychoanalysis. We look deeply within and find the places in you that need growth so you can be who you long to be in every area of your life
