As an EMDR Certified Therapist and Consultant-in-Training, I specialize in EMDR and Internal family Systems (IFS) therapy to help people heal from trauma, anxiety and the parts of themselves that feel stuck, overwhelmed and depressed. My clients are often navigating the effects of complex trauma, childhood wounds, attachment injuries, anxiety, and chronic emotional stress. Using EMDR therapy as well as holistic approaches, we go beyond talking and target beliefs stored in your body and nervous system, seeking out the root cause, not just managing symptoms. Together, we will process what is unresolved so you achieve true healing.
My work is holistic and body-aware, integrating somatic approaches, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, to support healing in both the mind and nervous system. Our work together will address root causes, not simply manage symptoms.
