Even when you understand your struggles logically, the same feelings, somatic sensations and thoughts often return. Many people find these patterns are rooted in unprocessed emotional experiences stored in the nervous system. Therapy can help you gently untangle these patterns so that you can experience greater self acceptance, resilience, and more fulfilling relationships.

My work is holistic and body-aware, integrating somatic approaches, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Yogic principles, and EFT tapping to support healing in both the mind and nervous system.
