I can help with anxiety, depression, childhood pain, and life transitions like divorce. I believe you are the expert in your life, and I want to help you make sense of your past and present so you can have a fulfilling future. I work with adults.
I provide counseling as part of a faith-based non-profit counseling center. As a Christian, I enjoy helping others understand their own spiritual journey, even if its been painful, and sort out any faith issues you may have. I have additional training as a certified spiritual director to help you explore what you believe without judgement.
My training and certification in EMDR therapy assists in helping clients of all backgrounds process trauma and reduce it's impact. I can assess you for readiness for EMDR trauma therapy. I am also a consultant in training for EMDR. I work with individual adults.
