Hello! I've been working with children and families since 2013 with a wide range of concerns including Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar, Depression, ADHD, ODD, Grief and Loss, Life Transitions, Relationships, and Parenting. I have also helped many individuals that needed help coping with new or existing medical disabilities that caused major life changes.
I offer a strengths-based approach with a warm, person-centered, and holistic counseling style which incorporates and utilizes various therapeutic methods. My job, as your therapist, is to help you process emotions in a healthy manner. We will work collaboratively, as a team, to increase your tolerance of intense emotional experiences.
