I have 29 years experience as an art therapist, addictions specialist and relationship counselor. My approach is to treat you as a whole in mind, body and spirit while taking your inner truth and intuition to create the direction in the therapeutic process. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques that meet your needs as an individual or couple that include: talk therapy couples counseling, art therapy, mindfulness, yoga, somatic work and spiritual counseling. - I also offer relationship coaching for those who don’t need therapy.
I specialize in a creative and holistic approach to help with depression, eating issues, bipolar disorder, trauma, emotional sensitivities (empaths), narcissist abuse, codependency/addiction, body image issues, family of origin and relationship issues.
In our culture we are taught to focus on everyone else but the truth is a well lived life centers around your healing and self-love. I offer that space to explore your own core values and release old patterns that keep you stuck. Sometimes you need a professional to help guide you out of patterns when you've tried everything on your own.
