My experience includes helping clients who have struggled with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, shame, grief and loss, relationship issues, and post-traumatic stress. Additionally, I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained therapist, and I have worked extensively with clients who have experienced trauma.
