Since 2019, I have worked in schools and homes, providing guidance and therapeutic support to children and their families. For the past three years, I have continued my work in private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
I focus on helping teens and adults manage depression, anxiety, and the many challenges and transitions that life brings. In addition, I provide parent coaching for families addressing behavioral concerns, supporting parents in strengthening relationships with their children and fostering healthier home environments.
My goal is to provide a safe, professional space where clients can gain clarity, build confidence, and develop the resilience needed to move forward.
