My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and creative, integrating EMDR, Flash Technique, EFT, and psychodynamic therapy for lasting emotional change and joyful relationships.
As a British American therapist raised in France, I bring a multicultural and creative lens to trauma-informed therapy. With a background in entertainment, and leadership in intensive outpatient care, I specialize in helping adults process the past at its roots so they can experience lasting change.
