I help clients address struggles related to mood, anxiety, relationships, attachment, identity, and sex. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Hakomi Mindfulness-Centered Somatic Psychotherapy.
My approach is sex-positive and trauma informed.
