About
Have you ever found yourself saying “I didn’t always use to be like this,” “I need to get back to my old self,” or “I’ve been dealing with a lot lately” and hoping for the insight or tools to change that? I work with adults and LGBTQIA identifying folks just like you: ones that have it within them to thrive again after life challenges, but just need the support to tap into their strengths to get there or support gathering and sorting pieces of life to make sense of everything. I help my clients find relief, empowerment, and happiness by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves.
My training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) means I have the expertise needed to help you flourish.
I get it – I have dedicated my career to helping others with experiences similar to yours, and I know how challenging it is to make the first step towards getting the help.
