I will collaborate with you to find real solutions for the issues you are facing and create meaningful change. I will listen to your feedback along the way and will adjust my approach based on what works for you. Through the work we do together, you will gain the tools to create a better life. I specialize in working with clients of all ages who are struggling with ADHD, Autism, and Trauma. I have been trained in play therapy, and work with children with developmental disorders and histories of trauma.
In my sessions I maintain a relaxed and affirming environment where you can openly discuss anything that’s on your mind. I bring my real self to the sessions I have with my clients, and maintain a calm, casual, and friendly attitude. I have a great amount of respect for the work for my clients do and I make sure to give them the empathy they deserve.
