About
‘Offering a clinical foundation with a mentoring vibe.’ Hey! If you’re seeking a non-traditional therapy style then you’ve come to the right place (no, you’re not required to lie down on a couch). My treatment style makes it fun and engaging while learning the tools needed to improve your mental well-being. I operate from a person-centered model but include techniques such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavior, music, exercise, art and more. The intent is to alleviate any discomfort felt when seeking help from a licensed professional.
My desire is to help empower you with discovering deeply rooted themes/patterns and creating daily intentions for a better YOU. Think of me as your support, not an adviser giver.
To learn more about my style, please check out my social media platforms where I share content about normalizing therapy and mental wellness. IG: @therapywithnique Youtube: @therapywithnique
