There is no one size fits all style of therapy. Even throughout the course of multiple sessions there may be a need to change direction, which is why I provide multiple options such as: psychoeducation, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, schema therapy, brainspotting, and dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT).
It's not uncommon that no matter how hard we work we find ourselves stuck. Sometimes having an objective point of view can assist us in getting on the path we've longed for.
