About
My ideal client is the client that has an idea of what they want in life but is overwhelmed with life stressors such as anxiety and depression. This client needs a safe space to explore their life options and the triggers that are causing negative thinking patterns, self-doubt, and low self-confidence. This client needs support, encouragement, and a non-judgmental approach to achieve their goals.
As a Clinical Social worker, I am passionate about meeting these clients where they are in life, I'll be there to create a safe space for vulnerability and strength. I’ll be a guide and provide support and encouragement, working as a team to achieve the desired goals.
You need someone in your corner who will provide support, challenge, and education when needed. My style is non-judgmental with a goal to allow you to feel accepted, validated, and understood. I believe you have the intrinsic strength within you to actualize your best sense of self, and with the right support, you'd be amazed at what you can accomplish.
