I’m Andie Hsia, LMFT, a bilingual EMDR-trained therapist providing in-person service in Pasadena and Telehealth service throughout California. I work with individuals and couples navigating life’s unexpected turns and the tension between expectations and personal needs. I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults and couples navigating unhealed wounds, anxiety, and depression. Using psychodynamic approaches and EMDR-informed techniques (trained), I work alongside you to process past experiences, regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, build resilience, and cultivate a greater sense of empowerment and hope.

I understand how overwhelming or scary anxiety, depression, and past trauma can feel, and how challenging it is to navigate relationships and emotions by yourself.
