I specialize in working with folks who are experiencing anxiety, depression, peer and family relationship issues, grief or loss, and life transitions. My education, career background and my lived experiences allows me to reach new levels of understanding with clients. I am a bi-sexual woman of color who knows what it's like to be othered and how to navigate those complex situations.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community, BIPOC individuals, sex-workers, and older adults. I work with folks who have anxiety, depression, grief, C-PTSD, OCD, relationship troubles, and personality disorders.
Through active and reflective listening, I offer guidance, support, encouragement, and concrete skills as you progress in your own personal journey.
