Through a client-centered, feminist, and trauma-informed lens, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, empathic, and collaborative space for healing and growth. Therapy sessions will be designed based on your particular needs and your unique style of working, and are adjustable based on how you are doing the day of the session.
Each person comes into therapy with different needs and experiences; together we will identify your unique challenges and address them by accessing your innate strengths. It's not easy to take the first step but my hope is that it will be very rewarding.
