Relational stresses, depression, grief - specifically the challenges of parenting including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders as well as parenting a child with a long term chronic illness or disability. None of us are ever truly prepared to be parents. I can help you manage the overwhelming and often isolating experiences of birth, parenting and illness.
Like many of you, my life is complicated, messy and endlessly blessed. I too am a wife, mom, sister and daughter and understand relationship ups and downs.
