My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy, family systems work and attachment-based theories and practices to support healing while fostering resilience and strength. I work with individuals (ages 3 and up), couples at any stage of a relationship, and families navigating conflict, parenting stress, or life transitions.
My goal is to build a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship in which you feel safe, seen and understood. I believe you are the expert in your own life.
