I use EFT, attachment theory, and parts work to help individuals & couples create secure bonds. I offer sex-positive, trauma-informed therapy for ND/neuro-spicy, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and ENM clients. We process emotions deeply, untangle patterns, and build practical tools for connection, pleasure, and regulation.
