I enjoy supporting individuals who are navigating life with ADHD, other forms of neurodivergence, or unique family dynamics. I have extensive training and experience in working with ADHD, including assessment and practical strategies to help people better understand themselves and thrive in their daily lives. I tailor our work to your unique situation. I bring warmth, energy, and openness to each session.
I also have experience working with all members of the adoption triad & have completed additional training in adoption-informed practice as well as additional training in CBT for ADHD through the Beck Institute.
I offer comprehensive ADHD assessments for adults providing referrals for medication management if desired. In our work, I will integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, and narrative therapy. Together we will come up with a plan to achieve your goals and address underlying factors.
My style is strengths-based and non-judgmental. You will have a safe space to be yourself. People are unique, and so is my practice. We will find the approach and intervention that works best for you. I welcome integrative sessions with family members, pets, or anyone significant to you.
