I’d love to explore these experiences together. As a queer and neurodivergent clinician, I adore working with folks who share either of these perspectives, or are suspecting that they might. If you have experienced trauma as a result of growing up in the world without the proper support, are currently attempting to develop your understanding of yourself and your identity, or desire to learn skills that work for your unique bodymind, I hope you'll consider reaching out.
Utilizing aspects of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and other modalities such as Internal Family Systems, we’ll work together to ensure you have the skills and resources to build a life worth living. I also utilize Brainspotting to assist my clients in processing trauma, as well as managing anxiety and chronic pain.
Another specialty of mine is assisting folks in developing a plan for recovery from Autistic burnout, although these strategies are not limited to or only effective for this population. All from an empowering, strengths-based and neurodiversity affirming approach. Let’s work together towards a life that you desire apart from society’s expectations.
