I offer sessions where we explore negative interaction patterns, things from your childhood or life experiences that may be holding you back, attachment styles, and how those things contribute to how you respond. I also help those in unhealthy relationships heal and get on the right track to have a secure attachment and healthier, satisfying relationships.

My first priority is to build a safe place for anyone involved to be able to express their feelings and thoughts. My second priority is to ensure you are getting what you need from therapy. In my practice, you are not just another number, you matter and I genuinely want to help you grow, heal, and become the best version of yourself.
