I am dedicated to supporting women and teen girls do just that. I provide my clients an opportunity to grow into the person that they want to be by providing a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I strive to be attentive to the impact of multicultural factors, and I work toward empowering my clients to make choices that align with the goals they have set for themselves.
I utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy all grounded in a person-centered approach. I am also in the process of completing Postpartum Support International’s specialized certificate training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
