Groups
Authentic Movement Group
The Authentic Movement Group is a space to reconnect with yourself through music, movement, breath, and shared human experience. Through exploratory movement, guided dance, breathwork, and inner reflection practices, we create space to soften out of performance and reconnect with the body’s natural expression, emotion, creativity, and aliveness. No dance or movement experience is needed. This is not about looking a certain way or getting anything “right.” The invitation is simply to listen inward, move authentically, and explore what begins to emerge when the body is given space to speak. Free to join!

Addiction Support Group
Are you navigating challenges with addiction on your own? Our free, virtual group therapy sessions provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to receive support and explore the trials and tribulations that come along with an addiction. Held Thursdays from 6–7:30 PM, each session begins with a brief mindfulness practice, followed by voluntary member check-ins, and ends with a discussion on topics such as managing triggers, coping strategies, and building positive habits. Whether you want to share, listen, or reflect, this group is here to support you at your own pace.
