As your coach, I will (1) Assess the area(s) preventing you from moving forward (what's got you stuck?); (2) Identify where it is you want to be in life personally and professionally; and (3) Develop a roadmap to get you there.
I also facilitate team building, demonstrating the benefits of a diverse team using the Management by Strengths Program. As a certified customer service trainer, I can help grow your business from the inside out by focusing on what makes customers choose your business over others . . . your employees.
