My hope is for you to reconnect with a deeper sense of intuition, vitality, self-trust, courage, and belonging.
As a therapist I am curious about your experiences and feelings, as well as the stories you have around them. I focus on forming a collaborative relationship based on mutual honesty and trust. A therapeutic relationship can provide space for you to share your story, to consider places in your life that have become immovable, and find new paths forward.
I have several years of experience working at a mental health crisis line, and I have also worked in a residential addiction recovery setting. Dating and Relationships Group
Dating in today’s world can feel chaotic, stressful, and overwhelming. Whether you’re drained by dating apps, wanting to give up on love, scared of rejection and vulnerability, or working through challenges in an existing relationship, you don’t have to do it alone. This support group will begin meeting virtually for 8 weeks on Thursday, October 2nd, and will be co-led and guided by two skilled therapists.
