When we're understood, life doesn't seem quite so crazy & what seems insurmountable becomes more manageable, even if it seems our circumstances are unchangeable.
I work to be holistic in my approach to your concerns, involving Heart, Mind, Body & Spirit. Faith can be an important asset in therapy, though it is not a requirement.
