Hi, I'm Ande.
I work with women, teens, and children who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, struggling with self-esteem, or navigating difficult life experiences. Many of the individuals I support appear to be “holding it together” on the outside, while internally feeling exhausted, stuck, or unsure of where to turn next.
I believe that no one should have to face life’s most difficult moments alone. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted—without judgment. My approach is person-centered, meaning I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs, experiences, and goals. No two individuals are the same, and I believe your care should reflect that. I often incorporate a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Humanistic approaches.
