Everyone goes through a period in their life where they could benefit from extended support. Sometimes having a neutral party to process events with and who can offer unbiased suggestions can be crucial to helping, whether you'd like to improve an area of your self or life, cope with anxiety or depression, or recover from a traumatic event. I have had the privilege of working in mental health since 2009 in a variety of settings. I have worked inpatient, outpatient, in residential treatment, as a life coach, and with incarcerated individuals and have loved each opportunity.
I have worked with survivors of sexual trauma, individuals learning to cope with anxiety, depression, chronic mental illness, behavior modification, life coaching needs and improving executive functioning. I am also a qualified supervisor for registered mental health counseling interns, providing supervision through the licensure process.
I also have two Registered Mental Health Counseling Interns who work with me, and accept Cigna or self-pay. They both have extensive experience, have earned their masters degrees and are working towards their licensure.
