I'm all about life's transitions, whether it's a gender transition, a new career chapter, or a new stage in life. Whatever your journey looks like, I'm here to support you every step of the way as your friendly transgender therapist. As a trans woman, I can appreciate the value of meeting the "real you" for the first time. I'm here to have the conversations, even the difficult ones, that you may have only been able to play out in your head.

You may look like you're holding everything together, but inside you're exhausted.
Maybe you've spent years being the person everyone else depends on, at work, at home, and in your relationships. You've learned to push through stress, hide your emotions, or keep everyone else comfortable while quietly carrying anxiety, grief, burnout, or self-doubt of your own. If that sounds familiar, you don't have to keep carrying it alone. I believe therapy should be one of the few places where you no longer have to perform.

Do you ever wake up and say I DON'T ... I don't want to continue to live like this, feel like this, I don't like my relationships or who I have become.
Whether you’re struggling with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, or life transitions, I focus on empowering you to develop healthy coping strategies, and take intentional steps toward the life you want and deserve while enjoying the process.
My goal is for you to be able to deal with life on life's terms.
Therapy is not a one sided conversation, let's make changes together.

Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is question the stories and patterns we've been living by. I work with people who are willing to ask hard questions, face the shadows that may be keeping them stuck, and take the risk of being more fully themselves. Whether you're navigating a life transition, healing from trauma, shame, or painful relationships, exploring your identity, learning to unmask, or questioning old beliefs, I believe people are capable of big shifts when they understand the narratives that have shaped them and work toward becoming a more loving and safe space for themselves.
