My life has been shaped by profound loss and trauma, and I understand firsthand how deeply these experiences can affect the human heart and mind. I survived sexual, emotional, and psychological abuse in childhood, endured years of depression and suicidal thoughts, and grew up in a deeply dysfunctional environment. By the age of 22, I had already experienced nearly two dozen significant deaths, along with two serious automobile accidents and the trauma of being trapped in a burning building. Living with complex PTSD has been part of my journey, and it has also shaped my deep empathy for those who carry unseen wounds.
From this lived experience was born my guiding belief: the healing healer walking alongside others as they heal. I know that recovery is not linear and that healing requires patience, compassion, and safety. With over 40 years of pastoral experience and extensive counseling work, I offer a supportive presence for those seeking stability, meaning, and renewal
I believe that healing involves the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. Trauma can disrupt this balance, leaving individuals feeling unanchored or disconnected. My role is not to judge or rush, but to gently help you rediscover balance, restore harmony, and reconnect with your sense of self and purpose.
