Each clinician at Anchor Wellness holds a specific focus of practice, from perinatal mental health to parenting, relationships/couples/family work, trauma, as well as general mental health conditions. All therapists are trauma-informed and person-centered, so you can always expect thorough assessment and individualized treatment. Telehealth and in-person options are available for all clinicians.
