Our Team
Are you hurting? At some point in our lives, we all hurt. Everyone hits obstacles in life from time to time and sometimes those problems seem unsolvable. Here is the good news, there is help. I specialize in couples, families and individuals who are either in the midst of a major change, or in need of one! I work with: high-conflict couples, couples making a serious commitment or dissolving a long-term relationship, new parents, families in conflict, people with anxiety, depression, fears, low self-esteem as well as grief and bereavement related issues. I am a straightforward therapist and like to help to get issues resolved.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who want greater clarity about the challenges affecting their learning, attention, relationships, or emotional well-being. Some come seeking a psychological evaluation to better understand what is getting in the way and what support may help. Others are looking for therapy to navigate anxiety, life transitions, or relationship concerns. I help clients move forward by combining thoughtful assessment, collaborative care, and practical recommendations that translate insight into meaningful change at school, at home, and in daily life.

Let's be honest. People are as numerous as the stars in the sky and as unique as the snowflakes in winter. As a client, you deserve a supportive, therapeutic approach based upon you, the individual. So while I, as a therapist, counselor & clinician, may sometimes gravitate toward a number of modalities such as Person-Centered, CBT and ACT, rather than shoehorn a client into a particular type of therapy, I do just the opposite.

I work with those who feel stuck or overwhelmed by the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, but still hold onto the hope that life can feel different. They may be struggling in their relationships, caught in unhelpful patterns, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. What they want most is to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their lives. Ultimately, their goal is to move beyond surviving and into a place where they can truly thrive, and my role is to support them on that journey with compassionate care.

If you often walk away from interactions thinking, “Was that my fault?” or “Why does this always happen?”—you’re not alone. I work with teens, college students, and young professionals who feel stuck in complicated friendships or family dynamics that leave them drained and doubting themselves.
Together, we’ll unpack what’s really going on—whether it’s sibling tension, emotionally unpredictable parents, or toxic relationship patterns. I help clients understand personality traits and behaviors so they can stop internalizing blame and find clarity and confidence again. My approach is casual, honest, and infused with humor.

Life can feel like a lot sometimes. Whether you're navigating something difficult, feeling overwhelmed or anxious, or just trying to make sense of things, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and feel supported along the way. You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly what you want to work on to get started.
I help clients navigate anxiety, relationships, family challenges, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and parenting. I've supported clients through many different experiences of grief, including the loss of loved ones, as well as the less obvious losses that can come with major life changes.
