We have immediate availability with both male and female therapists. We also have onsite medication management available! Trauma, anxiety, stress, relationship issues and job concerns are just to name a few that life is good at bringing our way! These few areas and more can bog us down and begin to create ever increasing problems. Counseling is a great way to progress through what life sends our way.
I utilize a CBT approach with a person centered aspect. I focus first on stabilizing the basics which I call anchor points then move on to the issues that are presented.
As I progress through my career I have understood that trauma plays a major part in life. We try our best to overcome what life throws us but sometimes it's just too much. If life has brought you to the place where you would like to reach out for some support please don't hesitate to contact me.
