My main goal is to build a relationship with my clients in order to help them make forward progress.
I offer Child Centered Play Therapy for children. This allows the child to express themselves through play in a child friendly and safe environment. For adolescent and adult clients, I use a CBT and person centered approach. CBT is an evidence based approach that works to create healthy mental states by changing negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
