My passion for working with individuals (children, adolescents, and adults of all ages) is rooted in my faith in God. I utilize skills, tools, and techniques in a modern "human to human" approach to help my clients find their hope and passion for life. Whether you have abuse & trauma, anxiety, ADHD, child and adolescent issues, depression, divorce recovery, mood disorder, eating disorder, addiction or substance use, grief & loss, parenting struggles, self-esteem, or social skills, assisting you in finding hope, I consider a divine appointment.

I like to think of myself as a "down-to-earth" counselor. I prefer to be direct, but in a compassionate way. I have special training in working with those struggling with a traumatic history of abuse whether it is physical, mental, or emotional.

Weekend and evening hours available to better serve you. As a counselor, I am passionate about empowering individuals! Helping "everyday" people to overcome life's difficulties and guide them in finding an anchor in hope. The first step may sound easy, but it is usually the hardest.

This group will focus primarily on younger children, families, and parenting support. We will have activities and games to help with social interaction. This group is great for children who have trouble with social situations and how to deal with those interactions and social cues. We work with kids who have various conditions that can effect the way they deal with social issues such as anxiety, ASD, Asperger's, ADHD, etc. This group is also very good for families that have adopted or foster children who need help adjusting to their new family and home.
