Jessica is a LCSW-C and a Maryland State Approved Supervisor for Social Workers and Counselors and Art Therapists. Jessica is also the Clinical Director for the Telehealth and Cumberland teams at Anchor Counseling Centers. A native of Maryland, she earned her Bachelor's degree from Frostburg State University, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies. Jessica received her Masters degree from University of Maryland School of Social Work, with a clinical concentration on families and children. Jessica has a wide range of experience working with both adults and children in various settings.
Jessica aims to provide a comforting, open environment for her clients. She uses a client-centered, strength-based approach, utilizing elements of mindfulness, psychoanalysis and cognitive behavioral therapy to meet their needs. Jessica works to build strong therapeutic relationships to assist her clients in progressing toward their therapy goals.
Jessica has experience working with both adults and children with neruo divergence (i.e. ADHD, ASD). Additionally, she has a great deal of experience working with clients with anxiety, depression and other mood related disorders.
