Hi there, I am Amber with Anchor & Bloom Counseling. I am currently taking clients who may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, identity, relationships, disconnection, or overwhelm, and who are looking to better understand themselves in a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded. My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each person, focusing on building insight, processing experiences, and developing tools to move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
I believe therapy should be a human experience. One where you don’t have to have it all figured out or show up a certain way. I’m here to support you, offer perspective, and help you explore options as you make sense of what you’re going through and figure out what you need.
