I specialize in historical and transgenerational trauma, relationship and family of origin problems, emotion dysregulation, and eating disorders. I have worked with individuals suffering from eating disorders and other co-occurring issues for many years. I am trained in a variety of family-based and behavioral therapeutic techniques and modalities.
I provide bilingual (English-Romanian) counseling and I am culturally competent in Central and Eastern European cultures, with focus on ex-communist countries. I am also an experienced academic and career/guidance counselor.
