Modalities such as (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, (ERP) Exposure Response Prevention therapy along with (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. I am trained Certified Trauma Counselor. I teach Mindfulness for daily living.
