My approach to awakening is really quite simple: We engage in honest and direct dialogue about relationships, work, and your-self. During sessions you recognize core beliefs, thoughts, and feelings that create unsatisfying and difficult situations. In time you overcome anxiety, depression, and addictions that hinder a meaningful life. Additionally, you let go of long held resentments and regrets about your self, others, and the world. You become emotionally and mentally stable and discover practical solutions to everyday problems. With greater awareness, your energy is used for creativity. You are guided into a bright future!
Couples and Marriage: Together, partners develop self awareness and begin to outshine deep-seated fears and limiting points of view about each other. During sessions partners share open heartedly &experience deeper levels of understanding and acceptance of one another. In time, couples develop a nurturing and healthy union filled with intimacy, humor & love.
