About
Dr. Reschke is a licensed psychologist who works with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and adjustment. Dr. Reschke uses a flexible individualized approach depending on the client and on the presenting issue. Frequently, she employs a cognitive-behavioral and problem-solving approach to assist her clients in developing coping strategies. Dr. Reschke sees clients for both short term therapy to address specific current difficulties, as well as longer term therapy for those clients who are struggling with life-long difficulties and/or prefer a more insight-oriented approach that explores their family of origin.
Dr. Reschke has a specialty in psycho-oncology. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the Siteman Cancer Center at Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Reschke is frequently a guest speaker at community support groups on the psychological aspects of cancer.
Dr. Reschke is a past board member of the St. Louis Psychological Association. She has taught psychology classes at Washington University. She has provided clinical supervision to advanced doctoral students and interns at Washington University. She has presented a variety of seminars to professional organizations and co-authored conference presentations and peer reviewed manuscripts.
