I provide therapy to adolescents and adults from different backgrounds at Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry in St Thomas, VI and at Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry in Cedar Rapids, IA. I am interested in helping a wide variety of people who experience things such as, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, LGBTQ+ issues, and relationship issues.

My clinical approach is dependent on the individual client and their needs. I utilize trauma-informed, holistic approaches. I am EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy) certified and KAP (ketamine assisted psychotherapy) trained.

It can be hard to ask for help, but being comfortable with your therapist makes a difference. I strive to make sure that each of my clients feels as comfortable as possible during our time together. I provide online therapy and therapy in Cedar Rapids and the surrounding areas. I also provide online therapy in St Thomas and the surrounding areas.
