I provide trauma-informed therapy to adults and adolescents from different backgrounds at Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry I am passionate about helping a wide variety of people who experience things such as, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD and Complex PTSD, suicidal ideation, self-harm, LGBTQ+ issues, and relationship issues. I believe that it is never too late to start processing trauma in healthy ways.
My clinical approach is dependent on the individual client and their needs. I utilize trauma-informed, holistic approaches. I am EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy) certified through EMDRIA and KAP (ketamine assisted psychotherapy) trained. Additionally. I am trained in Ketamine Assisted EMDR.
It can be hard to ask for help, but being comfortable with your therapist makes a difference. I strive to make sure that each of my clients feels as comfortable as possible during our time together. I provide online therapy and therapy in Cedar Rapids, IA and the surrounding areas. I also provide online therapy in St Thomas, VI and the surrounding areas.
