My approach is warm, relational, and deeply trauma-informed, with a healthy dose of humor. At the heart of my work is the belief that every person carries an innate capacity for healing. Together, we'll create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, make sense of your experiences, and move toward the life you want to live.
