Working from a trauma focused perspective, I want to meet you where you're at and help you build tools to cope with your discomfort and distress more effectively and to get unstuck from your trauma. From there, you'll notice more flexibility in your mindset and the ability to tackle what life throws at you.
In my work with couples, I help build insight into the layers affecting your present moment reactions, build a shared meaning, and find new ways to take the pressure off your relationship so you can show up as your authentic selves. I am EMDR certified and use several forms of therapy through an EMDR lens to help you move forward from what keeps you stuck.
I want to help you find curiosity in your experience, find your power and voice, and lower the intensity of your distress on your journey.
