I’m a pre-licensed therapist offering evening and weekend sessions for individuals, couples, and families. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, immigration stress, and relationship issues.
You may seem okay on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, ashamed, or stuck in perfectionism and self-criticism. I work with clients navigating these struggles, along with relationship conflict, communication issues, trust concerns, betrayal trauma, intimacy challenges, and life in or outside the LDS Church.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients reduce shame, rebuild trust, prepare for marriage, navigate early marriage, and strengthen connection. I am LDS/Mormon-informed, LGBTQ-friendly, and bring an international perspective informed by training in the U.S. and Ukraine.
I aim to create a space where clients feel safe to be brave, slow down, understand their pain, and move toward the life and relationships they want.
